President/Executive Director

Prior to founding HoldYou Foundation, Natalie worked as Foundation Manager in corporate philanthropy for nine years for an organization that supported community non-profit organizations throughout Southern California. She is passionate about the non-profit sector and has initiated fundraising efforts for many charitable causes. She has also served on the Board of Directors for Friends of El Faro, which sustains an orphanage in Tijuana, Mexico. For many years, she and her friends traveled to Casa Hogar Sion to work at the home and care for the children.

Natalie lives in Los Angeles with her husband Dominic, who is a teacher and musician, and their daughter.

Treasurer

Tiffany is the Co-Founder and CEO of Shane's Inspiration, a global non-profit dedicated to creating social inclusion for children with disabilities through the creation of inclusive playgrounds and education programs that unite children of all abilities. She currently serves on the advisory board of Ready To Succeed, an innovative Career Accelerator program on a mission to increase the college and career success of underrepresented and former foster youth. Tiffany is honored to be serving on the Board of Directors for the HoldYou Foundation and looks forward to being a part of the future growth of this vital and life sustaining organization for children and their families.

Secretary

Sherley is a 20-year Executive Level Assistant and the mother of a brave toddler who has experienced a life-threatening illness. Sherley knows how the effects of having a child hospitalized can change a family’s world. As a board member and believer of the HoldYou Foundation mission, Sherley is looking forward to supporting families by utilizing her expertise and experience, and being a voice for families who find themselves going through a similar journey as she has.

Lisa Tran joined the Board of Hold You because she feels passionate about helping families achieve financial security and avoid financial crisis. Lisa has 25 years of experience as a Financial Advisor with Northwestern Mutual and takes pride in helping clients make smart money decisions. However, she understands that no one can truly prepare for a medical emergency. Lisa hopes to increase fundraising efforts by sharing the heart and mission of HoldYou with others.

Lisa and her husband, William, reside in Orange County with their 3 children.

Terry is a Financial Planner and one of the Co-Founders of Innovative Wealth Building. He and his wife, Kennah, lead the LA branch's efforts to help people will all sorts of challenges and opportunities that are related to money.Terry is excited for the opportunity to support and amplify HoldYou's powerful mission of supporting families.Terry lives in Los Angeles with wife, Kennah, and their two boys: Everett and Rhodes.
